As we all know the main determining factor in pricing of properties is location. We have endeavoured below to give you some indication as to what you can expect for your money.

Overview of the area
Alanya itself stretches along the Mediterranean coast for approximately 8 kilometres and goes
inland for approximately 1 kilometre. The most expensive part of Alanya for property is the Old
Town, which juts out on a hill into the sea. Here you will find the Old Harbour and Castle.
Typically properties in this area tend to be apartments ranging in price from € 115,000
to € 280,000.
Alanya itself contains mainly apartments, with villa developments tending to be inland, but
usually no more than 2 kilometres from the sea. 2/3 bed apartments on the sea front are
currently selling for € 150,000 to € 280,000 for a penthouse. Going inland only a
matter of 100 metres prices start from € 65,000 to € 115,000. For example, we
currently have on our books a 2 bed apartment situated only 100 metres from the beach
at € 87,950. Another example would be a duplex apartment with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,
lounge, kitchen and huge sun terrace which is on the market at € 110,000.
Following the same pattern as was experienced on the Costa del Sol in Spain where, what were
small Hamlets, with Europeans buying property in Turkey we now see well appointed and
flourishing Villages with some wonderful new developments taking place.
