Location
The Mediterrania Saidia Resort is near Saidia - on the Mediterranean coast of northern Morocco, 60km from Melilla, Oujda and Nador, all of which have international airports
Saidia is renowned for its beautiful, clean, sandy beaches and crystal-clear water.
It is a pleasant resort town with a 17th century fortress and a 19th century kasbah that makes a great base for excursions. The area is ideal for all types of watersports, with a lovely bay providing a safe place for sailing and is surrounded by a natural bird preserve of marsh and woodland.

The Resort
Mediterrania-Saïdia will undoubtedly be one of the most prestigious resorts in Morocco, and is ideal for investors ready to purchase in a new, up-and-coming area. Phase 1, including the first golf course, a 5-star hotel, the marina, all residential properties planned for this area, and part of the main commercial centre, is due for completion towards the end of 2006.
The whole project is forecast to be completed in 2010.

Terms of Payment
How do I secure a property ?
An initial holding deposit of £ 2000 is all that is needed to secure a property for 21 days.
This gives you time to visit the project or buy " site unseen ".
What is the payment structure ?
15% of the purchase price is payable on exchange of contracts, and a further 25% is split into 8 equal payments until completion. The final 60% is then paid either in cash or via a mortgage.
What extras should I expect to pay on top of the purchase price ?
